Terms of service

1. General
By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission that does not align with my style, values, or these Terms of Service.2. Payment
Payment is full or half/half (or 50% upfront + 50% upon completion, as agreed).
Work will not begin until payment has been received.
All payments are non-refundable once work has started.3. Commission Process
The client must provide clear, accurate, and complete information before the commission begins.
A preview will be sent before final delivery.
The artist is not responsible for revisions caused by missing, unclear, or incorrect information provided by the client.4. RevisionsMinor Revisions (Included)
Minor revisions are small adjustments that do not change the overall concept or structure of the design, such as:
✦ color adjustments
✦ small text edits or corrections
✦ font changes (within the same style)
✦ minor repositioning of elements
brightness, contrast, or spacing adjustments
✦ 3 minor revisions are included in the commission price.Major Revisions (Extra Charge)
Major revisions are changes that significantly alter the design or require redesign work, including:
✦ changes to the concept, theme, or style
✦ layout redesigns
✦ adding or removing major elements
✦ requests to create a completely new version
✦ changes requested after the design has been approved or final files have been delivered
✦ Major revisions may require an additional fee5. Deadlines
An estimated delivery time will be communicated before starting the commission.
Delays caused by late or missing client responses may affect the final deadline.
Rush or urgent commissions may include an additional fee and are subject to availability.
If anything personal happens. I'll let you know.6. Usage Rights & LicensingPersonal Use Commissions
Artwork commissioned for personal use may be used only for non-commercial purposes.
The client may not resell, redistribute, or use the artwork for profit.
The artwork may not be heavily altered or claimed as the client’s own work.Commercial Commissions
Commercial commissions grant the client a limited commercial license, not full ownership.
The artwork may be used only for the agreed commercial purpose (e.g. branding, social media, websites, streaming platforms).
All assets, including panels, logos, and watermarks, are intended for personal, non-commercial use.
If you plan to use any of these assets for monetized or commercial purposes (e.g., Twitch subscriptions, donations, affiliated streams, websites, merchandise, NFTs, or other revenue-generating use),the commercial fee must be paid.
Misrepresenting the intended usage may result in the artist applying the commercial fee retroactively, requesting immediate payment, or canceling future commissions.The client may NOT:
resell or redistribute the artwork as a standalone product
use the artwork for merchandise, NFTs, or AI training unless explicitly agreed upon
claim authorship of the artwork
Any additional usage beyond the original agreement (merchandising, resale, sublicensing, or large-scale commercial use) requires prior discussion and may involve extra fees.7. Copyright & Artist Rights
The artist retains full copyright to all commissioned artwork.
The artist reserves the right to display commissioned work in portfolios, on social media, and for promotional purposes.
If confidentiality or a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is required, this must be discussed before payment and may include an additional fee.8. Refunds & Cancellations
No refunds will be issued for completed commissions.
If the client cancels after work has started, no refund will be provided.
If the artist is unable to complete the commission, a full refund will be issued.9. Communication
The client is responsible for timely communication.
Lack of response for more than 5 days may result in cancellation of the commission without refund.10. Agreement
Placing a commission and/or submitting payment constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Service.

Examples
